Phil is based in Wichita and is involved in the daily investment and management activities for Freestate clients. Phil joined the company in early 2012. He graduated Cum Laude from the Barton School of Business at Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He holds Series 65 Investment Advisor securities registration.
